Can you return Bujairami?
No. Under the shop's returns policy, Bujairami perfumes and samples cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.

What does that mean for you?
- Try first. For 34 scents there is a 10 ml sample.
- Read the notes. Every scent page lists the top, heart and base notes and the scent family.
- Compare. If you are torn between two scents, go to compare or how to choose.
Received a damaged or wrong item?
That is different from returning a scent because it disappoints. Email customer service at info@fragrance-gems.nl with your order number and photos. The shop looks at each case individually.
Cancelling
If you want to cancel an order, contact the shop as soon as possible. Cancelling is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
A scent disappoints or your skin reacts
The shop does not take back an opened bottle, not even if the scent smells different from what you expected or after a personal skin reaction. If your skin reacts, stop using the perfume and see your doctor if it does not clear up.
